1. Order Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately at [support@lashvia.com]. We will process a full refund to your original payment method upon successful cancellation.
2. Order In Transit (Shipped but Not Delivered)
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled in transit. Please wait to receive the package. Upon delivery, you may initiate a return following our standard return process outlined below.
3. Eligibility for Returns After Delivery

Items must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original tags and packaging.

A return must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

Any used or opened products (e.g., applied eyelash extensions, adhesives, or tools).

5. The Return Process – How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, you must complete our Online Return Form.

6. Return Shipping & Costs
Return shipping costs are handled based on the reason for the return:

Defective or Incorrect Item Shipped (Our Error): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the item.

Change of Mind or Unwanted Item (Customer’s Reason): The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
7. Important Notice: Damage During Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

Inspection & Fee: All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. If an item is damaged due to insufficient packaging during its return journey, we will assess a refurbishment fee between 20% and 70% of the product’s value. The remaining balance will be refunded. We will provide photos as evidence of the damage.
8. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable refurbishment fees or original shipping costs.
